SCtD® MEDITATIONS:
TECHNIQUES TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

An Introduction in Outline Form, Version I
By Lee Cartwright, MA

In this book, Lee Cartwright presents the techniques and perspectives that he used in his own practice to help people heal and release energetic, physiological, and emotional patterns that resulted in limiting beliefs and stress in their own lives.  Each technique is a synthesis of years of working knowledge and understanding, self exploration through meditation and internal guidance, and research into clinically effective systems, such as EMDR, TAT, and Thought Field Therapy. Lee’s insights expand upon each of these systems by adding: our 3 physical dimensions, top/bottom, left/right, front/back, along with a 7 element system derived from both Eastern and Western cultures, and all grounded in deep knowledge of human anatomy,  physiology, and psychology.

TRAUMA, the PERIPHERY and FUSES

Trauma often first shows as a breakdown in the energetics of the outermost extremities of the body – the ears, hands, genitals and feet – the places where the soul/body interfaces with the world.

The goal of “Fuse Work” is to help re-nit these extremities, strengthening our points of contact with the world.

SCtD®: NEUROLOGICAL APPROACHES
TO DREAM WORK, ART, AND SANDPLAY

An Introduction in Outline Form
Version II

By Lee Cartwright, MA

Lee Cartwright incorporates Shifting Consciousness through Dimensions into strategies from his master's degree in counseling.
"Dream work, art work and sandplay in and of themselves are wonderful processes. Each is endowed with an inherent ability to help clients:
1) make unacknowledged emotions conscious,
2) express difficult emotions and
3) wrestle with archetypal energies."

In this practical guide he explains the steps to incorporate these powerful explorations into practice to, "help clients integrate the conscious insights they gain into their bodies thus leaving sessions both psychologically and physiologically transformed."

SCtD: Shifting Consciousness through Dimensions

Version II
By Lee Cartwright, MA

This book explores advanced “body-based strategies” for working within the three dimensional neurological change model called Shifting Consciousness through Dimensions or SCtD. It is written for practitioners who have already received training in either SCtD (or EMDR). No attempt is made within this book to describe the basic strategies of SCtD (or EMDR). Note: for a description of the basic strategies of SCtD, see the book – The Qi to Unlocking Trauma and Limiting Behaviors.
